How it works

You keep your life moving. We do the digging and the fighting.

  1. Tell us what happened

Fill out a short form or call us. A free case review takes a few minutes. Pay stubs, schedules and texts about hours help, but you don't need them to start.

  2. We dig into the numbers

We look at how you were paid: hours, overtime, breaks, deductions and your final check. We also look at whether your coworkers were paid the same way.

  3. We fight to get it back

Depending on your case, that can mean a demand to your employer, a lawsuit, a class action or a PAGA claim. You make the big decisions.

What to gather

Don't take anything you're not allowed to have. Your own pay records are yours.

  • Pay stubs (California employers must give you itemized wage statements)
  • Your own notes of the hours you actually worked
  • Schedules, texts or emails about shifts, breaks and after-hours work
  • Any offer letter, pay plan or commission plan
  • Your final paycheck and the date you received it
  • Names of coworkers who were paid the same way

Start with a free case review.

California workers only.
